The swap will take place at the Los Alamos Middle School on October 29th with important times to note below.
Friday afternoon, Oct 28 1:30 to 3:30 (racks and fencing from the crypt) – Someone with a truck and a decent sized trailer is essential here.
Friday evening, Oct 28 3:30 to 7:30ish (set up and vendors) – 1/2" and 7/16" socket and nut drivers makes this go much faster.
Saturday morning, Oct 29 7:00 to 12:00 (public check in)
Saturday afternoon, Oct 29 12:00 to 4:00 (security and cashiers)
Saturday evening, Oct 29 3:30 to 6:00ish (take down and vendor load up)
Sunday, Oct 30 12:00 to 3:00 (returns to public and swap equipment to ski area) – Need the truck and trailer again.

I’ve set up the same sign up sheet as I did last year. Aside from the different weekend, the rest of the schedule remains the same.
